Coaching for People Leaders focuses on individuals who wish to stay current and ahead of the curve.

This can be in order to respond to the currently highly changeable business environment (dealing with VUCA = volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous situations) or to keep maintaining their ongoing self-development.

Coaching is not training or giving advice. Coaching helps you to discover the abilities inherently present in you, but as yet undiscovered. The famous ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ applies even to your own abilities and the way you think! You didn’t know how to ride a bike, until after practicing, you could. Assisting you to unlock your already present but unused potential by enabeling you to think differently is what TurboCoach can do for you.

At TurboCoach we believe in strengths based leadership and use the most recent research in the fields of neuroscience and coaching practice including techniques from Marshall Goldsmith, Judith E. Glaser, Dr Rick Hanson, Sue Langley, David Rock and Marcia Reynolds.

The process we apply for Executive Coaching is as follows:

• Initial discussion with the individual, if self-referred or with the individual and his/her Manager/CEO.
• Objective survey of current performance with nominated stakeholders or an agreement of expected outcomes and areas of focus between all parties.
• Agreed number of coaching sessions with each session about three to four weeks apart.
• Re-survey of initial stakeholders or concluding discussion with the individual, if self-referred or with the individual and his/her Manager/CEO.

The time frame for this approach is generally about six to twelve months.
